This simple idea transformed a purchase into a meaningful gift, blending tradition with modern city life.
The joy continued when recipients received a physical card and a redeemable drink, creating a rare and memorable surprise. The mailboxes also became popular photo spots, celebrating Pret’s British heritage while encouraging organic sharing. Supported by influencer reels, organic stories and festive in-store installations, the campaign successfully made Pret part of Hong Kong’s Christmas rituals.
