Why Organise a Corporate Event?

Strengthen Internal Engagement

Corporate events are a great way to bring colleagues together outside the work setting. From company celebrations and team-building days to staff appreciation events, these experiences help build trust and understanding across departments. When employees have the chance to interact in a relaxed environment, they feel more connected, which often leads to better communication, stronger teamwork, and a greater sense of belonging within the company.

Build Visibility & Public Image

For external audiences, corporate events offer an effective way to showcase what your company stands for. Whether it is a media preview, client appreciation dinner, or product launch, events allow your story to come to life. With the right planning and use of social media, PR, and content, your message can reach a wider audience and leave a strong impression with both the public and the press.

Strengthen Trust with Clients & Partners

Events are also a powerful tool for building long-term relationships. Whether through casual networking sessions or more structured meet-and-greet opportunities, companies can better understand the needs of their clients and partners, while also sharing their own values and vision. These personal interactions help build trust, and often open the door to future collaborations.

Luna’s Corporate Event Services

At Luna, we believe a successful corporate event is about more than just ticking boxes or handling logistics. It’s about creating experiences that tell your story, engage the right people, and support your business goals.

Whether you are organizing a major product launch or a smaller internal event, our team works closely with you to customise every detail, from venue layout and stage design to interactive content. We focus on the full picture, so your event feels purposeful, professional, and uniquely yours.

1. Matching Your Goals

Every great event starts with a solid plan. We take time to understand your company’s objectives, target audience, and tone before recommending a direction. Whether your aim is to connect with clients, boost internal morale, or showcase something new, we design a plan that aligns with what matters most to you. With years of experience, we combine practical insight with creative thinking to help bring your ideas to life, clearly, efficiently and with impact.

4. On-Site Support You Can Rely On

What happens on the day matters just as much as what happens before. Our team is always on-site to manage the schedule, handle suppliers, look after guests, and deal with anything unexpected professionally. Whether it’s a last-minute change to the programme or a tech issue that needs fixing, we’re ready to step in. You can count on us to keep the event running smoothly from start to finish.

2. Venue Setup That Reflects Your Company

From hotel ballrooms and rooftop terraces to galleries and open-air spaces, we help you find the right venue and turn it into something special. Our team handles layout design, signage, lighting, and etc, making sure everything feels consistent with your company’s look and tone. Whether your event is formal or casual, large or small, we focus on making the space feel right for your audience and your message.

5. Promotion That Goes Beyond the Room

Your event shouldn’t stop at the venue doors. We help you promote your event before, during and after, using tactics like press releases, social media content, email campaigns and influencer partnerships. We’ll suggest the best channels based on who you want to reach, and support you in creating follow-up content like highlight videos or recap decks for internal and external use. It’s about making your event go further and reach more people.

3. Flexible Event Programmes That Work

We know every company works with different timelines and budgets, and that’s completely fine. Our team plans with flexibility in mind, helping you put together an event that fits your needs without overcomplicating things. From selecting speakers and organising catering to preparing giveaways and building your event run-down, we aim to make the whole process as smooth as possible. We’ll focus on the details so you can focus on the people in the room.

6. Creating Moments People Will Remember

What makes an event memorable isn’t just the set-up, it’s how people feel during it. That’s why we include interactive installations or points that bring people into the experience. This might mean live demos, creative workshops, on-site games, photo zones or even surprise performances, all designed to suit your audience and story. These elements not only add energy to the room, but also give you valuable moments to share and talk about long after the event ends.

Luna’s Success Cases

Case 1: Manulife x PURE - Mind-Body Wealth Series

Luna worked with Manulife and PURE Group to deliver the Mind-Body Wealth Series, a six-week wellness campaign held at PURE Club, K11 MUSEA. The aim was to promote a healthy lifestyle, helping both customers and employees find better balance in their everyday lives, especially under today’s fast-paced working culture.

We supported the event from start to finish, covering experience design, space setup, and on-site coordination. The programme included a series of group fitness classes led by PURE’s professional trainers, such as BodyJam, BodyPump, and Tabata, giving participants a fun and active way to engage with the company’s wellness message. To extend the reach, we invited special guests including actress Roxanne Tong and emcee Brian Chan to share their own fitness journeys. The event also featured photo spots and a KOL corner to boost interaction and social media visibility.

Case 2: Blue Bottle Coffee - Central Store Live Meeting

Blue Bottle Coffee hosted a hybrid meeting at its Central cafe to reconnect with its global team and introduce a new product, the Blue Bottle Instant Coffee series. The event was designed to combine meaningful internal sharing with a polished experience.

Luna supported the full production setup, from designing layout and technical equipment to live sampling and guest flow. We transformed the cafe into a warm and professional space that made both in-person and online participants feel included. While the event was primarily for internal audiences, it also gave industry peers a chance to taste, ask questions and offer direct feedback. With a clear focus on quality and community, this meeting reflected Blue Bottle Coffee’s values and showed how a thoughtfully run event can bring both teams and ideas closer together.

Case 3: Havaianas - Southeast Asia Sales Conference

Havaianas partnered with Luna to organise a regional sales conference for its Southeast Asia distributor teams, blending their corporate culture with strategic planning in one experience. We chose a relaxed beachfront venue at The Peninsula’s Repulse Bay restaurant, offering a bright, seaside atmosphere that matched their bold, casual energy.

We kept the tone playful but professional, a balance that encouraged both meaningful discussions and informal bonding. The event helped strengthen internal relationships and left attendees with a stronger sense of pride in the company.

Case 4: Conair - Annual Regional Marketing Conference

Conair’s regional marketing conference, held at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, brought together partners from across the region to experience its latest household appliance range. Luna was responsible for the full event setup, from concept to delivery.

Instead of a traditional showroom, we introduced live demo zones where guests could try out products for themselves, including styling tools and kitchen appliances.

This hands-on format gave attendees a better feel for the company and made the event more interactive and memorable. It also created stronger engagement with business partners, showing that product innovation goes hand-in-hand with trust and real-world value.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How should I set a budget for my corporate event?

It’s easy to underestimate the number of things that go into running a corporate event, from venue rental and lighting to catering, giveaways, staffing, and unexpected costs. Without a clear plan, budgets can quickly spin out of control. At Luna, we help clients build realistic and transparent budgets from day one. We walk through your goals, expected guest numbers, and must-haves, then suggest a cost breakdown that makes sense. Our team knows where to save and where it’s worth investing, so you get the best value without compromising on quality or experience.

2. What benefits can a corporate event bring to my business?

A successful event gives your company a real platform, whether you are speaking to your own team, loyal customers, or potential partners. Internally, events can boost team morale, improve communication, and show appreciation. Externally, they help you tell your story, share what makes your business different, and build trust with your audience. It’s not just about making a good impression on the day, it’s about creating something memorable that strengthens your brand and relationships in the long term.

3. How do I choose the right venue?

Picking the right venue isn’t just about the size or location, it’s about finding a space that works for your format, fits your audience, and suits your company image. Whether you’re looking for a hotel ballroom, rooftop space, seafront terrace or gallery-style venue, we can recommend options based on your goals and budget. Luna has years of experience working with venues across Hong Kong and can handle everything from site visits to booking, setup, and styling. We’ll help you make the most out of the space, visually and logistically.

4. How do I decide on the theme and format?

Your event theme and format should reflect your goals and feel right for the people attending. If your aim is to celebrate a milestone, the approach will look different from a training workshop or client showcase. We help you clarify the “why” behind your event, then design a format that supports it, from run-down structure and speaker flow to branded visuals and interactive elements. Whether it’s formal or relaxed, simple or immersive, we’ll make sure the event feels intentional and well thought through.
