RITUALS FESTIVAL WALK STORE OPENING

Overview

Rituals opened the doors to its newest Hong Kong store at Festival Walk, aiming to make a strong first impression on local audiences from day one. To bring that to life, we planned and executed a full opening activation alongside PR partner, covering everything from the official ceremony to influencer and media engagement.

 

The afternoon began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, welcoming brand representatives, media and guests into the new space. From there, 21 KOLs joined guided tours of the store, exploring the products and discovering what made this location special. A "Bloom Your Mood" interactive activity gave guests a hands-on reason to engage with the brand, while instant Polaroid gifting sent everyone home with something to remember the day by. The media and influencer coverage generated through the event brought the new store to a wider audience well beyond those in the room. The opening successfully introduced Rituals at Festival Walk to Hong Kong, turning a brand-new location into a place people already wanted to come back to.
