PERFETTI VAN MELLE EFE CONFERENCE

Perfetti Van Melle brought together 70 staff members from across the globe for a two-day internal conference at WM Hotel on 28 and 29 April. With teams flying in from different regions, the event needed to do more than run smoothly, it had to give everyone a genuine reason to connect.

We managed the full event from start to finish, handling all creative, logistics and partner coordination throughout both days. The programme included a team building session that got colleagues out of the meeting room and into a shared experience, followed by an evening party complete with a DJ performance, award presentation and photo booth. From the opening session to the final toast, we made sure every moment of the conference felt considered and well put together. The event gave the Perfetti Van Melle team a productive and memorable two days in Hong Kong, bringing colleagues from around the world closer together.
