MUJI YOHO MALL RELAUNCH
Overview
With the relocation and expansion of its YOHO MALL store, MUJI aimed to build strong awareness and create buzz around the reopening of its larger, revamped store. We supported the relaunch with a full PR and activation strategy, which included managing the official photoshoot, preparing a bilingual press release, and arranging exclusive media sessions to capture the new store. To extend the campaign’s reach online, we lined up exclusive media coverage and coordinated with ten lifestyle influencers to produce engaging reels content, ensuring MUJI’s refreshed image reached its target audiences across both traditional and digital channels.
To further enhance the reopening, we introduced a capsule machine inside the store, giving customers a fun and interactive way to take part in the celebration. By combining impactful media exposure with engaging in-store activations, the campaign successfully drove attention to the revamped MUJI YOHO MALL store, enhancing its visibility and strengthening its brand connection with the local community.
