ADIDAS HONG KONG MARATHON 2026
Overview
For the Hong Kong Marathon 2026, adidas created a city-wide experience that supported runners every step of the journey, before, during and after race day. The campaign focused on building connection, motivation and celebration within the running community, turning the marathon into more than just a race.
The experience began at the Marathon Expo in Kai Tak, where runners collected exclusive adidas bib fixes and customised their own race tees, setting the tone for the days ahead. A 5K Shake Out Run followed, bringing together local and overseas adidas Runners for a relaxed run around Kai Tak, paired with local snacks, drinks and music that reflected the spirit of Hong Kong’s running culture.
On race day, adidas continued the support with warm-up sessions and a tattoo station at the Sports Performance Flagship Store in Tsim Sha Tsui, while cheering teams in Causeway Bay and Central lifted the energy along the route. After crossing the finish line, runners gathered at Causeway Bay Sports Ground to stretch, recharge and celebrate through yoga sessions, photo printing, drink redemption and a PB Bell moment. The journey concluded with post-race tee customisation, giving runners a personal keepsake to mark their achievement and the shared experience.
